Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Who we are
Keslle ("we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service platform that provides invoicing, payment collection, job scheduling, and business management tools for tradespeople and small businesses in the United Kingdom.
By creating an account and using Keslle, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Keslle is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be added at the applicable UK rate.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the next billing date.
- Your first month on the Pro plan is charged at the Standard plan rate (£35 + VAT). From month two onwards, the full Pro price applies.
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' written notice to your registered email address.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel part-way through a billing period, your access continues until the end of that period and no further charges are made.
In exceptional circumstances (for example, a billing error on our part), we may issue a refund at our discretion.
5. Browse mode
Users who have not yet subscribed to a paid plan may access Keslle in Browse mode. In Browse mode, all features of the platform are visible and can be explored, but actions that would communicate with third parties (such as sending invoices, reminder emails, or review requests to customers) are suppressed.
Browse mode is provided as-is and may be modified or removed at any time.
6. Stripe Connect and payments
To accept card payments through Keslle, you must connect a Stripe account. By doing so, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
Keslle acts as a platform facilitating payments between you and your customers. We are not a party to the transaction between you and your customers. You are responsible for the goods or services you provide.
We may charge a platform fee on transactions processed through Keslle. The current platform fee (if any) is displayed in your account settings.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use Keslle only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform to send unsolicited or misleading communications.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.
- Use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
- Use the platform to process transactions for illegal goods or services.
- Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.
8. Your data and customer data
You retain ownership of all data you input into Keslle, including your customer details and invoice records. We process this data on your behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to input your customers' personal data into the platform and that your use of it complies with UK GDPR and any other applicable data protection laws.
If you cancel your account, you may request an export of your data within 30 days of cancellation. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
9. Availability and service level
We aim to keep Keslle available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will aim to do so outside peak hours where possible.
We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keslle's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of Keslle after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
