What does Keslle actually build? +
AI systems for trades and restaurants that make sure no lead goes dry and give you your time back. The main one is an AI text-back agent that texts back every missed call and books the job or table. Around that sit quote and proposal tools, invoice chasing, Google review requests, reminders and marketing automations. Each one runs on the phone number, email and calendar you already use.
Is this for my trade or restaurant? +
It's built for trades (plumbers, electricians, roofers, joiners, landscapers) and for restaurants and cafés. If you run another kind of service business, ask. Some of the systems fit and some won't, and we'll tell you honestly.
How fast can a system go live? +
Most single systems, like the missed-call text bot, go from first call to live inside your business within weeks rather than months, because they plug into tools you already run instead of replacing them.
Do I need to change my phone number, email or calendar? +
No. Systems run from your existing business number, email address and calendar. Your phone still rings first, and customers see no difference except a faster reply.
Will my customers know it's automatic? +
If they ask, it tells them straight: it's your automatic reply, and you see every message. Most people just care that they got an answer before they tried someone else.
What about allergies, for restaurants? +
It never answers an allergy question itself. It notes the allergy on the booking, tells the customer the kitchen will confirm directly, and puts it at the top of the summary you get. It also never states menu items or prices.
Will it give prices, for trades? +
No. It never gives a price you haven't set or promises a time you can't do. Its job is to book the work into your calendar. Only if a customer asks for a quote does it ask for a photo, and you text the price back. Emergencies get a safety line and come to you marked urgent.
Can I try it first? +
